| Deborah Cox Releases "House Is Not A Home". |
| |
There is no doubt that Deborah Cox has fully earned the title diva with her
impressive score of dance hits. |
| |
With her impressive vocal range, the humble Canadian-born singer made her
mark in the club world with "Nobody's Supposed To Be Here." She then went on to star on Broadway in Tim Rice & Elton John's "Aida." Currently, she is back in the studio working with producers Shep Crawford, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis on a brand-new album. Cox has said that this new record will be less studio-oriented than what people might expect from her. |
| |
In the meantime, Cox is giving fans something to make the wait for her new disc a little easier. Her new single "House is not a Home" debuted last
week on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart and is currently # Billboard Radio Play. |

| Cox tapped Tony Moran and Warren Rigg to produce "House Is Not A Home" that can be downloaded from iTunes. The singer speaks highly about the work Moran has done on his production of the song. "I've taken a different turn working with Tony Moran," she said. "He's a different producer in that he's an artist himself. He sings, so his sensibility toward the song is different." |
