As a recent graduate of the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at NYU, Alec has quickly made his mark in the industry, having worked at Sony Music Entertainment, where he was instrumental in the development of AI-driven marketing campaigns. At Spectrum, Alec leverages his expertise to secure opportunities for a diverse roster of artists, ensuring their talents are recognized across digital platforms.
His passion for the avant-garde was further honed during his time in Prague, Czechia, where he studied under the guidance of composer Matouš Hejl, specializing in electro-acoustics. Alec's unique blend of technical prowess and creative vision enables him to curate and represent talent with a deep understanding of both the artist's journey and the evolving digital landscape. When Alec isn’t booking gigs or developing strategies for artist growth, he enjoys exploring the intersections of AI and music, always looking for innovative ways to push the industry forward. |
Harrison Green

Harrison joined Spectrum Talent Agency in summer 2026 after graduating from West Chester University's Honors College. A bachelor’s degree in political science and extensive leadership experience both lend themselves to his new role as Executive Director. Emphasis on expanding the company network, integrating technologies into the current workflow to remain organized, and operationalizing client tours.
Along with technological and legal expertise, his enthusiastic communication style aids the team with functionality. As an aspiring lawyer, he aims to attend law school during the upcoming application cycle. Harrison was the founding president of Mock Trial at his university, honing skills such as public speaking, legal research, and organizational management. When he is not working, he enjoys watching/playing soccer, video games, and travelling. |

It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our dear colleague, Jan Terry, who was an integral part of the magic of Spectrum Talent Agency for the past 16 years.
Jan was more than just a colleague — She was a trusted partner, a kind presence, and someone who built genuine relationships with both the artist and her vendors over the years. Her dedication, professionalism, and warmth left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of working and connecting with her. Jan will be deeply missed, not only for her accomplishments, but for the person she was. She was always good for a conversation. Her family will be holding a private memorial for her. Kyle Macchi

Kyle is thrilled to join Spectrum Talent Agency as a booking agent and to contribute to the dynamic team and make a positive impact in the entertainment world. Born and raised in Massachusetts, he has lived up and down the east coast. Kyle graduated from Clemson University in South Carolina with a degree in Architecture. During his time at Clemson, he had the unique opportunity to manage the social media pages for Barstool Sports' Clemson affiliate, sparking a passion for community building and engagement. Instead of pursuing a Master's in Architecture, Kyle took a chance and moved to New York City, where he helped build and scale Barstool Sports' college program. After six years leading the department, he gained extensive knowledge in the entertainment industry, specifically in marketing and event booking. Now residing in Atlanta, GA, he believes in embracing new challenges and is eager to embark on his first foray into talent booking.
Kyle's goal is to connect exceptional talent with exciting opportunities. Leveraging his experience, he strives to create meaningful relationships between talent and clients, ensuring each booking aligns perfectly with their goals and aspirations. He is passionate about assisting the extraordinary talent on our roster in navigating their careers and helping to discover emerging stars in the industry. Kyle believes in the power of storytelling and is dedicated to helping talent shine on every platform. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys attending music festivals and concerts, exploring the city's best food spots, and participating in recreational sports. He spends weekends debating between a night out at the bars, or staying in for a game night with friends or watching the latest Drag Race franchise. |

As the managing partner of Spectrum Talent Agency, Marc Katz provides outstanding service and knowledge from his more than thirty-five years of experience representing Grammy, Gold and Platinum recording artists. From the pop smash hit, “Macarena” by the Bayside Boys to “When Love Takes Over” by Kelly Rowland, Marc continues to represented a diversified client roster which have included Steve Grand, Kelly Rowland, Roisin Murphy, Darren Hayes (Savage Garden), Michelle Williams (Denstiny’s Child) , Bayside Boys (Macarena), Billie Meyers, Blu Cantrell, Boyz II Men, C&C Music Factory, Cyndi Lauper, All 4 One, Color Me Badd, Deborah Cox, Debbie Gibson, Information Society, Jennifer Holiday, Jody Watley, Kristine W, Lou Bega, , RuPaul, Tone Loc, Tony Moran, Vanilla Ice, Laura Bell Bundy, Aaron Carter, Joey McIntyre and Jordan Knight.
Prior to Spectrum Talent Agency, Marc was a touring agent for Famous Artist Agency and Evolution Talent Agency in New York City. Additional experience included Valley Forge Music Fair and Caesars Atlantic City where Marc worked in various positions and departments from Assistant Box Office manager to Artist Hospitality & Security. When not at his desk, you can find Marc on one of his favorite ski slopes, or training for another TriAthlon. |

Nathan joined the team in August 2025, stepping into a dual role as our Accounting Manager and newly appointed position of Sales Manager. On any given day, you’ll find him making sure our accounts are square.
A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a degree in Data Analytics. That background heavily influences his approach to work: he is all about being smart, efficient, and diligent with his time. Instead of getting bogged down in busywork, Nathan focuses on the big picture, using data to make our daily operations smoother and more practical for everyone involved. Outside of the office, Nathan keeps just as active. He is an avid golfer, a great cook, and a fan of video games and hitting the gym. If you get him away from the desk or the golf course, he also loves a good, deep conversation and a quiet night of stargazing. |
Ty Turkin

After a few years away the event production and event design landscape, Ty Turkin returns to Spectrum Talent Agency with a unique connection that links artist and events.
Turkin is a graduate of Marymount Manhattan College, majoring in film studies and communications. Based in Brooklyn, Turkin has been a fixture in nightlife spaces for a decade, giving him the opportunity to meet living legends, performance artists, and up-and-coming creatives looking for talent representation. Along with a passion for connecting artists to live events, Turkin has made noise working with corporate campaigns such as Starbucks, Facebook, Viktor & Rolf, Uber, to name a few. Those successes brought Turkin to Spectrum Talent Agency in 2023 and brings him back now. When not behind his desk or making calls, you can find Ty either working out, doing yoga, or at his local movie theater getting ready to write his next film review. |
