Alec Toner brings a fresh perspective to Spectrum Talent Agency with his dynamic background in music technology and business. As a recent graduate of the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at NYU, Alec has quickly made his mark in the industry, having worked at Sony Music Entertainment, where he was instrumental in the development of AI-driven marketing campaigns. At Spectrum, Alec leverages his expertise to secure opportunities for a diverse roster of artists, ensuring their talents are recognized across digital platforms.
His passion for the avant-garde was further honed during his time in Prague, Czechia, where he studied under the guidance of composer Matouš Hejl, specializing in electro-acoustics. Alec's unique blend of technical prowess and creative vision enables him to curate and represent talent with a deep understanding of both the artist's journey and the evolving digital landscape. When Alec isn’t booking gigs or developing strategies for artist growth, he enjoys exploring the intersections of AI and music, always looking for innovative ways to push the industry forward. |

Kyle Macchi
Kyle is thrilled to join Spectrum Talent Agency as a booking agent and to contribute to the dynamic team and make a positive impact in the entertainment world. Born and raised in Massachusetts, he has lived up and down the east coast. Kyle graduated from Clemson University in South Carolina with a degree in Architecture. During his time at Clemson, he had the unique opportunity to manage the social media pages for Barstool Sports' Clemson affiliate, sparking a passion for community building and engagement. Instead of pursuing a Master's in Architecture, Kyle took a chance and moved to New York City, where he helped build and scale Barstool Sports' college program. After six years leading the department, he gained extensive knowledge in the entertainment industry, specifically in marketing and event booking. Now residing in Atlanta, GA, he believes in embracing new challenges and is eager to embark on his first foray into talent booking.
Kyle's goal is to connect exceptional talent with exciting opportunities. Leveraging his experience, he strives to create meaningful relationships between talent and clients, ensuring each booking aligns perfectly with their goals and aspirations. He is passionate about assisting the extraordinary talent on our roster in navigating their careers and helping to discover emerging stars in the industry. Kyle believes in the power of storytelling and is dedicated to helping talent shine on every platform. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys attending music festivals and concerts, exploring the city's best food spots, and participating in recreational sports. He spends weekends debating between a night out at the bars, or staying in for a game night with friends or watching the latest Drag Race franchise. |
Liz Sowers
As the Accounting Manager at Spectrum Talent Agency, Liz Sowers expertly handles accounts receivable and accounts payable, manages contracts, and coordinates event advances and itineraries. With a Finance degree from Missouri State University, Liz brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role.
Liz's entrepreneurial spirit has driven her to establish two successful ventures: L. Louise Hair, which she has run since 2014, and Sowers Consulting, which she founded in 2020. Her dedication to her clients and passion for her work are evident in everything she does. Outside of her professional life, Liz is a proud mother of two energetic little boys and a loving owner of a big fur baby. She cherishes spending time with her family and enjoys doing bridal and special event hair in her off time |
Marc Katz
As the managing partner of Spectrum Talent Agency, Marc Katz provides outstanding service and knowledge from his more than thirty-five years of experience representing Grammy, Gold and Platinum recording artists. Prior to Spectrum Talent Agency, Marc was a touring agent for Famous Artist Agency and Evolution Talent Agency in New York City. Additional experience included Valley Forge Music Fair and Caesars Atlantic City where Marc worked in various positions and departments from Assistant Box Office manager to Artist Hospitality & Security. When not at his desk, you can find Marc on one of his favorite ski slopes, or training for another TriAthlon. |
Neville (Aunt Jackie)
Neville, affectionately known as Aunt Jackie, is a Maryland native who made the leap to Los Angeles in 2022. With a decade of experience hosting and producing events through Aunt Jackie Productions, he built a reputation for creating safe, inclusive spaces for the Queer community, particularly Queers of Color and their allies.
In 2022, Neville was hired by Fenton Bailey at World of Wonder Productions, where he went on to host and produce "Sissy That Psyche," a show on WOW Presents Plus that premiered in November 2023. He is also the founder of Obtaining Mental Wellness, Inc. and serves as Entertainment Chair for South LA Pride. Since joining Spectrum Talent Agency in 2024, Neville has quickly become a trailblazer in the industry.
